Fillet Steak or ‘filet mignon’ is a premium, lean cut of beef taken from the tenderloin. Often considered ‘the best steak’ it is melt in the mouth and super tender when prepared and cooked correctly. We recommend pan frying for best results. All of our beef is from UK, traceable and locally sourced.
